My name is Rico Punzalan, I am 33 years old and grew up in Skokie. I always had a passion for sports and fitness growing up.
Helping people create a balance and live a more active and healthy lifestyle.
I will create a customized fitness program based on your starting point and skill level in a positive non-judgemental environment. If you want to feel better and be motivated to keep going and reach your own fitness goals, come see me.
Good health and family are it. Nothing else matters.
Together we will design a safe, effective, and interesting workout and nutrition regimen catered specifically for you.
We’ve all been to that trainer who pushed you so hard that you never went back, that’s not me. The workouts I design for you will be challenging at an intensity appropriate for your fitness level.
Goals are created. Workout and nutrition plans are set. Appointments are made. All that is left is the work, and I will coach you the entire time.

A diet that works best for you and your lifestyle. Knowing what nutrients we need more or less of in our routine. Creating our own balance. Using the foods you love based on your activity level. Diets start and stop all the time. Healthy lifestyles last forever.
Certified youth trainer through ISSA. Working with kids has always been one of my passions, whether its coaching for sports-specific improvement or teaching kids to develop healthy habits.

Virtual Fitness Programs
If you are too busy to come into a gym and need motivation, I will hold you accountable through online virtual meetings. In order for us to be successful and reach your fitness goals, it’s imperative to keep in constant communication. During these check-ins we will be going over your current progress, future workout and nutrition plan, and provide guidance to any questions you have.
